About Us

Lucky Hill Trails is a personal travel blog and digital shop operated by Liliia Kasianenko & Artur Olshanskyi. We publish travel guides, destination maps, and itinerary resources for independent travellers. Our website is located at https://luckyhilltrails.com.

Products & Services

We sell digital downloadable products only — including PDF travel guides, printable maps, and digital bundles. No physical goods are shipped. All products are delivered electronically after a successful purchase.

Product descriptions, page counts, and included formats are listed on each individual product page. We reserve the right to update or improve product content over time; purchased files may be re-downloaded to receive updated versions where applicable.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in USD on the product page and are inclusive of any applicable taxes collected at checkout. Prices may change at any time without notice; the price shown at the time of purchase is final.

Payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Creem handles all payment processing, tax calculation, and compliance on our behalf. Your purchase will appear on your statement as a charge from Creem. By completing a purchase you also agree to Creem's terms of service.

Delivery

Digital products are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. You will receive an email with a download link or access instructions. If you do not receive your download within 24 hours of purchase, contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve it promptly.

Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the download link has been issued. This is standard practice for digital goods under EU consumer law (Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive), where the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been supplied and downloading has begun.

We will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

• You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error.
• The file you received is corrupted and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
• Your country's consumer protection laws grant you a mandatory right to a refund that cannot be waived.

To request a refund, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your order details. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

Intellectual Property

All content in our products — including text, maps, illustrations, and layout — is the intellectual property of Liliia Kasianenko & Artur Olshanskyi and is protected by copyright. Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own private travel planning.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, reproduce, or share the files (in whole or in part) publicly or commercially without prior written permission. Uploading purchased files to file-sharing platforms or using them for AI training is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Our travel guides and maps are provided for informational and planning purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, travel conditions, prices, opening hours, and regulations change frequently. Lucky Hill Trails makes no warranties — express or implied — as to the completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of any information in our products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucky Hill Trails shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or reliance on, information in our products. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the product and, where eligible, to request a refund.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine and, where applicable, the consumer protection regulations of the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ukraine, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you hold under the laws of your country of residence.
